About your course.
SQMC is your organisation's Management Systems training supplier. We look forward to working with you soon, to help you develop your skills as both an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor and ISO 14001 Internal Auditor. This 3-day course intelligently combines the learning objectives of both courses into one, and features a condensed awareness session for the Requirements of the two Standards. This efficient approach to learning not only removes any duplication of content, but also teaches the benefits of Quality and Environmental systems within the context of each other. Here is some information to help you and your colleagues get the most out of your training.
Did you know that it takes an average of 23 minutes to refocus after interruption or distraction?
This is the findings of a University of California Irvine study, and backs up what we've always found at SQMC, as professional trainers. For this reason, we politely request that all participants' mobile devices are switched off when in the training suite.
Attendance at all sessions is a requirement of the course, to allow us to award you full certification. There is no final, formal exam. Instead, you will be assessed during a series of less stressful, practical, and written exercises, throughout your training.
Successful participants will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, equivalent to 21 CPD hours. This will be sent to the organiser of your training, to keep on file for HR purposes and audits. Therefore, if you’d like to purchase a duplicate certificate for your own personal files, please contact us directly to arrange it.

There are two reading assignments for you, as preparation for your training. It should take no longer than 20 minutes to read both articles.
