ISO 9001 Q & A - Is calibration important in ISO 9001? (video)

With ISO 9001:2015 finally now published as a 'full ISO' by the British Standards Institute, SQMC's Ron Rivans explains the Standard's relevance and application in respect to calibration, which comes under clause 7.6 of ISO 9001:2008 (or clause 7.1.5 of ISO 9001:2015).

SQMC Technical Director, Ron, is a 3rd party auditor for an international, UKAS-accredited certification body, and the chairman of the Chartered Quality Institute's West of Scotland branch. In this video, he explains how manufacturers that supply products to meet the strict specifications of their customers should approach this clause.
