New Year Greetings and Reflections from SQMC.

2025 seems to have taken hold at breakneck speed, but I want to take a moment to wish all our clients, students, and friends a very Happy New Year. May this year bring you success, fulfilment, and joy in everything you pursue... (continues below image)

2025-new-horizons

For me, the start of a new year is always a time to reflect on the incredible journey I’ve had with SQMC. Having served here for more than a quarter of a century (yes, I know, that makes me sound ancient—but thankfully not fossilised!), I’ve had the immense privilege of meeting so many brilliant people on our courses. Truly, it’s the people who make this job so enjoyable. I’ve been fortunate to form lasting friendships with many of you, and your success stories continue to inspire me and my team.

Despite our growth and global reach, one of the things I’m most proud of is that SQMC has stayed true to its roots since our formation in 1989. We remain small enough to offer that friendly, personal touch that I believe sets us apart. Whether you’re a delegate coming to us for upskilling, an admin clerk joining the dots, a finance assistant navigating purchase orders, or a Quality Manager facing a logistical headache, you’re never just a number to us. Our ethos has always been about caring—not as a strategy to drive revenue, but because it’s genuinely who we are.

Taking a genuine interest in everyone who places their trust in SQMC is in our DNA, and I believe that’s one of the key reasons why most of our business comes from repeat clients. We don’t just aim to provide excellent training; we aim to go the extra mile whenever someone needs our help. Whether that means tailoring our approach to suit an individual’s needs or simply being a reassuring presence during challenging times, it’s all part of what makes SQMC special.

As we embark on another year, I’m excited for the opportunities to continue working with all of you and meeting new faces along the way.

Thank you for being part of the SQMC journey—you are the heart of everything we do.

With warm regards,

Kenny Hannah, SQMC Director of Operations.
